If you are a freight driver, whether you are delivering or picking up units from a DFDS terminal, you can monitor the status of your booking to minimize your waiting time at the terminal. PASSENGERS:

• View and save your ticket in your app. Log in with your DFDS account or enter your booking number and last name to store your ticket information.
• Track your departure using your personalized itinerary. Stay informed about your departure terminal location, check-in time, departure time, and arrival time.
• Access information about entertainment, restaurants, cabins, and WiFi on board your ferry. Discover details about facilities and activities available on the ferry you are traveling on.
• Receive updates on delays, traffic, and congestion via push notifications. Stay informed with real-time information about your departure. Enable notifications to receive alerts in case of delays, cancellations, or traffic congestion around the terminal.
• Check departure and arrival times for all DFDS ferries. Find departure details for all DFDS ferry routes, track departures of interest to receive notifications about delays, cancellations, or traffic issues. Book the desired departure directly from the app.
• Access directions to the DFDS terminals with a simple click. Use the installed map application to obtain directions to DFDS terminals instantly.

FREIGHT DRIVERS:

• View and save freight bookings in your app. Enter the release number and unit ID to save the units you need to pick up from or deliver to DFDS terminals. List bookings and remove them upon completion of tasks.
